Something is obviously wrong; shady. BEWARE! I came in after the Sales Representative informed me they had the used vehicle I was looking for. We talked, I test drove the car and agreed to buy it. Sat with the Sales Representative to solidify the deal The Sales Represent ative left to write up the paperwork, a Purchase Order. A few minutes later, a Sales Manager approaches introduces himself then inquires about me filling out a credit application. I graciously decline and reiterate, I just need a Purchase Order and I'll have a check promptly. The Sales Manager left after agreeing to get me the Purchase Order. After more than 30 minutes the Sales Manager and the Sales Representative return. The Sales Manager does all the talking overtly pressuring me to fill out a credit application. I repeatedly declined asking for the Purchase Order. The Sales Representative, unable to look me in the eye, reminded silent. The Sales Manger never answers any of my questions nor did he give me the Purchase Order. After being disrespected by the Sales Manager numerous times I became so upset I stormed out Russell Westbrook in Van Nuys; MAD. Bad experience buying a car online. The vehicle wasn’t checked up before delivery. The front bumper was opened. The rare bumper inside was broken, 2nd passenger door's suitable rubber washer (right side) was broken, the inside cover was missing, and the side blind spot and rare blind spots were not working. I called the shop and talked to Rebecca. She told me it would take 30 minutes to fix the front bumper; I drove 85 miles one way to fix the bumper and waited over 4 hours.
